30 Day Return Policy
You must call first before returning any products! The Purchaser will be responsible for all returned shipping charges.
We will only honor returns on unopened products. Please make sure that you pick the appropriate color and/or product necessary to complete your project. We do not guarantee stain colors as they will vary widely depending on the wood type, age of wood, prepping of wood, and application.
Items With Free Shipping (USA)
You will be responsible for shipping costs to return item(s) to our facility. Once the product(s) are returned to our warehouse we will credit your card less a 20% restocking fee of the original cost.
Items that were charged shipping (Canada):
You will be responsible for shipping costs to return item(s) to our facility. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all items that did not qualify for free shipping on original invoice.
Shipments that are refused upon delivery or during transit.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges back and forth if shipments are refused upon delivery or during transit to you. Sending product(s) back to us (rerouting), requires a shipping cost back and forth that your will be responsible for. Any and all shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from your refund once the product leaves our facility. This includes Free Shipping Items.
Exchanges:
You must call for all exchange requests!
The Purchaser will be responsible for all exchanged shipping charges. This includes charges for return of original product(s) and charges for shipment of replaced product(s) back to the customer. We will not send out the new item until we receive the original first. We will not exchange sealers, stains, cleaners, strippers, or brighteners that have been opened or partially used.
Warranties:
All items carry manufactures warranty only. No exceptions! We do not guarantee stain colors as they will vary widely depending on the wood type, age of wood, prepping of wood, and application.
Damaged Orders:
Any product that is accidentally damaged causing product loss or equipment failure during shipping will be replaced at no charge after a claim has been made though the shipping company. Cans or pails that are dented during shipment will not be replaced unless leaking. A digital picture will be required.

It is normal to have to recoat every 2-4 years. The warranty covers the product but does not state it will last “X” amount of years as nothing will last forever on a deck.
After I remove what will comes off I re-prime with perma-bond and coat it again with deck revive?
Correct.
I had my deck done with Deck Revive just over 5 years ago. At that time, I do not believe the Perma Bond was used.
I just refinished the deck using Perma Bond, Perma Seal and Deck Revive, and found the coverage to be greater than expected. What is the return policy for unopened containers of the Bond and Revive?
