This is my rooftop deck. It is in good shape. Would like to change/freshen color. Is deck revive the product for this? Any retailers in Phoenix, Arizona?
    Thank you

I used your Deck Revive Kit about 4 years ago and for the most part it has held up very well. Unfortunately there are some areas that are starting to pull up, stair treads, and many of the vertical band boards. What is your recommendation for resurfacing? Do I need to remove all of the old product or can I feather edge areas that have good adhesion and coat over the old product.

Pressure wash for prep to remove only the loose coatings then repeat with the Permabond and Deck Revive. You cannot spot apply and have it blend so all boards that are affected should fully be recoated.

Can you use this product over another deck resurface product that did not last? If not what are my options

You will have to remove the failed coating by sanding and or scrapping.

Can Deck Revive be used on hand rails and spindles or does it have a gritty deck finish.

It can be used on handrails, and it will have a gritty finish. Many will use a matching solid stain for the verticals.

As long as it is a gloss acrylic latex paint, you are good.
